1. Moisturise first - applying moisturiser after cleansing but before you reach for your foundation ensures the make-up has a soft, smooth surface to bind to. 2. Don't forget your neck. It's a make up mistakes to have two tones for face and neck caused by stopping your make up at your chin. So always apply a little foundation under the chin and down the upper neck, blending it away as you go down. 3. Enhance, don't disguise. The purpose of foundation is to enhance the natural skin not cover it completely. So use as little foundation as possible to ensure you look like you, not your circus going twin (a white faced clown, in case you didn't get it).
