2) Get a fun exercises DVD. These days you can find DVDs on anything from yoga, to salsa, to ballet. So pick something that you like and pop it in the DVD player!

3) Skip the elevator and take the stairs anywhere you go. This is an easy way to incorporate a workout into your everyday activity.
